Who we are · Publisher-first by design

Built for the open web. Built for publisher control.

Adverge is the AI platform helping publishers navigate the next era of publishing. We build Yield Cortex, Data Cortex, and Nexus Analytics so publishers can create more value from every audience interaction, on infrastructure they own.

01 · Mission

Empowering the open internet to thrive.

Adverge is built for where the web is going, not where it’s been.

We empower publishers to thrive through smarter monetization and deeper audience relationships.

Infrastructure publishers own, not services they rent. Tools that work on their stack, with their data, on their terms. Revenue that scales with their audience, not with whichever yield partner they happened to sign with.

02 · Vision

A sustainable digital ecosystem.

The open web is worth fighting for. It’s where independent voices reach real audiences, where advertisers find attention that matters, and where readers get context and community without a walled garden tax.

Our job is to make the economics work, so publishers, advertisers, and audiences benefit equally, and the open web keeps winning.

03 · The thesis

Publishers needed infrastructure. Not another managed service.

Ad tech spent a decade selling publishers bundled stacks and opaque optimization, wrappers that treated every session the same and every publisher like a pool of inventory.

Now AI is rewriting the rules again. Search, AI answers, and recommendation algorithms decide who arrives; traffic has become someone else’s decision. What publishers still control is everything that happens after the visitor lands: the audience relationship, the monetization, the data, the experience. The publishers who win next won’t chase volume. They’ll create more value from every visit that arrives. That takes infrastructure publishers actually own.

Adverge is that infrastructure, session-level monetization, first-party data activation, and a full suite of revenue streams built on the same stack. Display, video, commerce, AI monetization, audience extension: one control layer, publisher-owned, Adverge-optimized, re-engineered for how revenue actually moves today. One belief runs through all of it: make every visit count.

That’s what Yield Cortex, Data Cortex, and Nexus Analytics are. That’s what this company is for.

04 · The platform

One platform. Four ways to create more value.

Yield Intelligence · Yield Cortex

Maximize every opportunity

For publishers

AI-driven floor pricing, demand routing, refresh logic, and supply-path optimization at the session level. Publishers running Yield Cortex consistently outperform placement-level peers, with a median uplift of 38%, reaching 110%+ on the high end.

Turn intelligence into action

The dashboard publishers rave about

Prebid, ad server, and analytics data unified in one view: benchmarking, diagnostics, forecasting, and recommendations that show you why performance moved, not just that it did.

Turn visits into relationships

Rolling out across the platform

AI experiences, content recommendations, and audience recirculation that extend every interaction beyond the first pageview. In development with partner publishers.

05 · The ecosystem

We build here. We contribute here. We show up here.

Adverge is active in the forums shaping the open web’s future, Prebid AI and LLM working groups, industry events on agentic AI and AdCP, partner integrations with infrastructure that matters. If it makes publishers stronger, we’re in the room.

07 · What we are

Not a managed yield service. Not a reseller. Not a black-box optimizer.

Stance · 01

We are infrastructure.

Tools publishers run, not services they rent. Components they can deploy, swap, or replace without losing their stack.

Stance · 02

We are transparent.

Supply paths visible. Fees visible. Optimization logic documented. If a dollar moves, you can see where it went.

Stance · 03

We are publisher-first.

Every decision the business makes, commercial model, product scope, demand partner selection, starts with what publishers asked us to build.

08 · Careers

We’re hiring operators, not buzzwords.

Adverge is small, remote-capable, and serious about the work. We hire people who want to own a revenue problem or an infrastructure problem end-to-end, not people who want to manage a layer of abstraction on top of one.

If that sounds like your next move, come find us.

What we look for
  • Operators with revenue or infrastructure ownership
  • Publisher-side, demand-side, or identity experience
  • A strong opinion on where the open web should go
  • Tolerance for building under ambiguity
